Roast Plantain Soup with fresh Ginger Cream (V) (GF*)
A Marinades’ Christmas signature.  Our deliciously sweet and warming winter vegetable soup topped with fresh ginger cream and served with West Indian Hard Dough Bread.
Mushrooms and Tomatoes in Garlic and Cream (V) (GF*)
Fresh mushrooms and baby tomatoes sauteed in  olive oil with herbs and garlic and finished with fresh cream. Served with a salad garnish and West Indian Hard Dough bread.
Caribbean Stuffed Tomato (GF*)
Ripe beef tomato stuffed to the brim with Jamaica’s national dish – Ackee & Saltfish (Salted cod, jamaican ackees, peppers, tomatoes, onions, thyme, hot pepper and coconut cream.)  Served on a bed of crispy salad with Hard Dough Bread.
Shrimp & Smoked Salmon Salad (GF*)
A fresh and crisp salad topped with succulent freshwater prawns with scottish smoked salmon, fresh coriander and herbs in our own special recipe marie-rose sauce, a twist of lemon, and accompanied with West Indian Hard Dough bread
Jerk Chicken Salad (GF)
Marinated and grilled pieces of chicken breast with peppers, onions and herbs in our very own hot, fiery jerk sauce and served on a bed of cooling salad.

Marinades’ Christmas Turkey (GF)
Our classic Christmas signature dish. Succulent strips of Turkey breast pan-fried with fresh cranberries, chestnuts and ginger in a wine and cranberry glaze.  An absolute favourite with our regulars. Who needs stuffing and pigs-in-blankets with turkey like this?!?
Curry Goat (GF)
By popular request of many of our regulars and those connoisseurs of West Indian cuisine! A traditional Caribbean dish for special occasions.  Tender Goat meat on the bone curried with hot peppers, onions and spices in a dutch pot.  A must for those seeking a truly authentic Caribbean experience.  For those a little dubious about goat, it tastes similar to mutton and is not as strong in taste as you may imagine.
Marinades’ Guava Glazed Pork (GF)
Another Marinades’ signature.  Seasoned, marinated Pork Loin Steaks char-grilled and served in our own delicious sweet and delicately spiced guava and white wine reduction.  A wonderful taste.
Calypso Chicken (GF)
Juicy Chicken breast and wing marinated in Caribbean herbs and spices, char-grilled to perfection and drizzled with a coconut, honey and wine reduction.
Breadfruit and Island Vegetables Casserole (V) (GF)
 A vegetarian delight of West Indian Breadfruit braised with herbs, spices, pulses, yam, squash and callaloo and topped with cheese.
Salmon and Janga Peri Peri (GF)
Fillet of Scotch Salmon, chargrilled and served with prawns and topped with a king prawn – served in our own spicy tomato peri peri sauce.  Sauce can be toned down on request for those with more delicate palates.

All main courses are served with Rice and Peas, potatoes, and vegetables.

Great for those who love Christmas pudding but fancy something different. A Caribbean delicacy with a real Christmas taste.  Sweet Potato, Coconut Milk, vanilla pods, raisins and spices served hot with your choice of fresh Cream or rich locally made Vanilla Ice Cream.
