Sweet fresh mango and ripe avocado served on crispy mixed leaves, scattered with fresh coriander and drizzled with a tangy lime dressing;

Shrimps and Smoked Salmon (GF)
 Shrimps, smoked salmon flakes and whole prawns in a Marie-rose sauce with fresh coriander and served on a bed of crisp salad;

Duck and Orange Cream Pate
A classic pate of Duck liver with an orange cream, served with a salad garnish, wholemeal toast and butter;
